Kei from Dirty Pair!

80’s anime geeks rejoice!

I’ve been on a recent 80’s anime kick lately, and one anime that I’ve been meaning to watch for a long time is Dirty Pair.

For this piece, I tried to relax myself and try a new means to do lineart. Basically, I tackled it like I would for a sketch, but just as controlled as a normal lineart process would be. The lines aren't clean, and that's sorta the intention.

I'm wondering if this kind of style could gel well for me, as I've been trying to develop a comfortable process for my digital art without having to second-guess myself all the time.

Color was pretty cool, though I'm still iffy with shadows.
